Alex Cejka, who led after the first day at the 2009 Verizon Heritage is still in the hunt at 6 under, but it's the American Brian Gay who is currently leading the tourney by 3 at 13 under.
Gay has averaged 256 yards per drive over his three rounds so far, which ties for 72nd overall at the tournament. The telling stat however, is Gay's greens in regulation. He's tied for second overall with 68.5 average greens in regulation. He's also second in driving accuracy after three rounds.
